These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NAViCalC and navicalc.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Plans, pricing, and trials
NAViCalC offers a single Cloud SaaS plan priced at $59/month OR $699/year. The plan includes ALL modules, unlimited users, and unlimited storage.
NAViCalC may offer trial or demo access (such as a 14-day demo) to help you evaluate the platform.
Data retention and archiving
NAViCalC follows a 2-year archiving policy. Older data may be archived to maintain performance and reliability. Archived data is retrievable on request. Retrieval may require lead time depending on volume and may incur a service fee in some cases.
Acceptable use and abuse prevention
You agree not to misuse NAViCalC, including attempting to disrupt the platform, gain unauthorized access, or abuse messaging capabilities.
- Messaging features (Email/WhatsApp) must be used responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and provider policies.
- We may rate-limit, suspend, or restrict abusive behavior to protect customers and the platform.
On-prem Enterprise license
On-prem Enterprise deployments are available at $7,999+ one-time with $1,999/year for SLA and assisted upgrades. The license is bound to the server name/host identifier. Annual renewal supports ongoing SLA and assisted upgrades.
Source Code Access License
NAViCalC offers a Source Code Access License priced at $9,999 one-time with $1,999/year updates. This license is for internal use only and prohibits commercial redistribution, resale, providing NAViCalC as a SaaS offering, or building a competing product.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAViCalC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
