What currencies can I pay in?

All plans are billed in USD. We display approximate prices in EUR, GBP, AED, and SAR for reference. Your PayPal account or bank handles the currency conversion at the current exchange rate. For localized invoicing in your currency, contact sales.

Where is my data stored?

Cloud plans run on infrastructure in the US by default. Enterprise Cloud customers can choose data residency in EU (Frankfurt) or UAE/Bahrain. On-premise customers host data on their own infrastructure.

Is NAViCalC GDPR compliant?

Yes. NAViCalC follows GDPR-aligned data handling practices including data minimization, right to deletion, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available on request. EU data residency is available on the Enterprise Cloud plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA). PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards on our behalf.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 15-day free demo with no credit card required. After subscribing, monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no refund for partial months. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

Are there any contracts or commitments?

Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual plans are billed once per year. You can cancel or downgrade at the end of any billing period.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
