SAML/SSO & Identity Management
Connect NAViCalC to your existing identity provider with SAML 2.0 single sign-on. Supported providers include Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, and any SAML-compatible IdP. Enforce your existing MFA policies and manage user lifecycle from your identity system.
SLA Guarantee
Enterprise Cloud includes a 99.9% uptime SLA with defined response times for critical issues. Your dedicated support engineer is your single point of contact for technical issues, feature requests, and configuration assistance.
- P1 (Critical) — 1-hour response, 4-hour resolution target.
- P2 (High) — 4-hour response, 24-hour resolution target.
- P3 (Medium) — Same business day response.

Custom Domain
Run NAViCalC on your own domain (e.g., erp.yourcompany.com) with SSL certificates managed by us. Your team accesses NAViCalC under your brand, and all outgoing emails and documents carry your domain.

- SOC 2-aligned controls — Encryption at rest (AES-256), TLS 1.3 in transit, access logging, and change management procedures.
