How much does NAViCalC cost?

NAViCalC starts at $99/month for the Starter plan (5 users). The Growth plan is $249/month with unlimited users and all modules. Business is $499/month with priority support and free migration. Enterprise Cloud starts at $999/month with a dedicated instance, SAML/SSO, and SLA. See Pricing for full details.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — we offer a 15-day free demo with no credit card required. All features are included during the demo period. Use code FREEDEMO at checkout.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Are there any contracts or can I cancel anytime?

Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel at any time with no penalty. Annual plans are billed once per year and include a 30-day money-back guarantee. No long-term contracts are required.

Payment

What currencies can I pay in?

Prices are listed in USD. We can invoice in EUR, GBP, AED, or SAR on request. Contact sales for localized invoicing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal (which supports credit and debit cards) and bank transfer via SWIFT or SEPA. Contact sales for bank transfer details.

Data & Compliance

Where is my data stored?

Cloud plans are hosted in the US by default. Enterprise Cloud customers can choose data residency in EU (Frankfurt) or UAE/Bahrain. On-premise customers host data on their own infrastructure in any region.

Is NAViCalC GDPR compliant?

Yes. We follow GDPR-aligned data handling practices including data minimization, right to deletion, and privacy by design. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. EU data residency is available on Enterprise Cloud.

Do you support Arabic / RTL?

Yes. NAViCalC supports 15 languages including full Arabic RTL. The interface, reports, invoices, and customer-facing documents all render correctly in right-to-left mode.

Migration

Do you offer migration from QuickBooks, Zoho, Odoo, or other tools?

Yes. Migration is free on the Business plan ($499/mo) and included on Enterprise Cloud. For Starter and Growth plans, migration is available as a standalone service for $15,000. We migrate customers, vendors, products, inventory, invoices, payments, chart of accounts, and employees.

How long does migration take?

Typical migrations take 2-4 weeks depending on data volume and complexity. The process includes data audit, field mapping, test import, validation, go-live import, and post-migration review.

Features & Platform

What modules are included?

Every plan includes: Inventory, CRM, Billing, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Projects, E-Commerce, Website Builder, Reporting, Communication (WhatsApp, email, SMS), and Automation. There are no add-on fees or locked modules.

How many users can I add?

Starter plan includes 5 users. Growth, Business, and Enterprise plans all include unlimited users at no extra cost.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. NAViCalC has native Android and iOS apps with full feature parity for managing your business on the go.

Do you have an API?

Yes. NAViCalC provides REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations for extending and connecting with other tools in your stack.

Support

What support is included?

All plans include 24/7 email and chat support. Business plan adds WhatsApp and priority response times. Enterprise includes a dedicated support engineer and scheduled phone calls. See Support for response time SLAs.

Do you offer training or onboarding?

Business plan includes 3 hours of onboarding calls. Enterprise includes unlimited onboarding. All plans have access to documentation, video tutorials, and a demo sandbox environment.
